SCOTLAND’S CATHOLIC HERITAGE IN ROME
Discover a hidden chapter of Scotland’s Catholic history at an immersive exhibition in Edinburgh.
The Church of St Andrew of the Scots alle Quattro Fontane explores a church at the heart of Rome’s Scottish community for more than three centuries. Through a miniature model, multimedia displays and mixed reality, visitors can experience the church’s 18th-century splendour and discover the enduring bonds of faith and culture between Scotland and Italy.
The exhibition has been created by the Italian Institute of Culture in Edinburgh and WAY Experience, with support from the Scottish Catholic Historical Association and Italian Scotland.
